An Appreciation for Relaxation

Proper relaxation can help you be more productive and ultimately more successful.

We often think in terms of go, go,go... how much can we accomplish, how much progress can be made, but have you ever stopped to think about the value of having a relaxed mind and body?

No doubt about it, when our mind and our body are relaxed, we are able to concentrate better, be more alert and make better decisions, and maintain the stamina needed to overcome and obstacles in our way.

Relaxation is powerful.

Relaxing has reason.

Relaxation should not be confused with laziness or boredom. Laziness and boredom are examples of inactivity that occur when you are wasting precious time without any purpose or intended result.

Intentional relaxing, however, serves a purpose... It is meant to re-energize your mind and body so that you can be more productive and ultimately more successful.

It is up to you to determine how much rest and relaxation your mind an body requires to reach optimal levels, but when you find that point... the sweet spot... you must be mindful to incorporate that i your daily routing and become a life habit.

That way you are well balanced and living on purpose.   Stay relaxed and you'll be amazed at how productive you can become.
